Prospect to Cash  Scope of Synchronization 1. Products are maintained in Finance and Operations and sync them directly to Sales. A Price List has to be configured in Dynamics 365 Sales before synchronization. 2. Prospect to Cash The Prospect to cash solution provides direct synchronization across Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, Enterprise edition, and Dynamics 365 for Sales.  The Prospect to cash templates that are available with the Data Integration feature enable the flow of data for accounts, contacts, products, sales quotations, sales orders, and sales invoices between Finance and Operations and Sales.  While data is flowing between Finance and Operations and Sales, you can perform sales and marketing activities in Sales, and you can handle order fulfillment by using inventory management in Finance and Operations. Part 2 : Introduction to Common Data Service (CDS) Data Integration The Data Integration feature is currently available as a tab in the PowerApps Admin Center.  https://admin.powerapps.com/environments It is also available in the Business platform admin center. https://admin.businessplatform.microsoft.com/environments Projects 1. Projects enable the flow of data between systems.  2. A project is a list of one or more tasks.  3. Each task can be identified as either i.  a mapping between a source entity and a Common Data Service entity, and then, optionally, a mapping between the Common Data Service entity and a destination entity.  ii. a mapping between a source entity and a destination entity without the Common Data Service entity [New Release]. 4. The mapping basically depends upon the connection sets used in the projects; [Common Data Service may be optional - in the New Release]  5.
